Stuffed Chicken Sticks
1. For chicken breast fillet filling

6. Garlic-ginger paste 4 tbsp
7. lemon juice 1 tbsp
8. cream 4 tsp
9. Hot spices powder 1 tsp
10. green coriander 2 teaspoons (chopped)
11. Green chili paste 1 1/2 tsp
12. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
13. Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
14. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)

Salt to tasteAdd minced meat, onion, cheese, garlic, ginger paste, lemon juice, cream, hot spices, powder, green coriander, green chilli paste, black chilli powder, fennel powder, nutmeg, egg and salt in a bowl and mix. 2 Add little butter and mix further 3 Keep this mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes After 430 minutes, divide this mixture into 5 equal parts and make balls 5 Place this hair on one side of each fillet and roll it and tie both the upper and lower ends with thread. 6 Preheat the oven to 150 C7 Grease a roasting tray and place these stuffed chicken breast fillets, apply a little butter on them and roast in a pre-heated oven at 150C for 30-40 minutes. 8 Keep flipping them continuously and adding butter too 9 When it turns golden, take it out of the oven and open the thread tied on top of them and serve raptors.
