Pineapple Beef Roast

      Ingredients                                                                                                        1.    Beef 1 kg

2 Salt To taste

3 Black pepper 1 tsp

4 Lemon juice 4 tbsp

5 Pistachios 2 tbsp

6 Cayenne pepper 1 tsp

7 Vinegar 2 tbsp

8 Chinese salt 1/2 tsp

9 Pineapple (round slice)6 slice 10 Oil 1 cup.       


               Instructions                                                      Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, pistachio, red pepper, vinegar and Chinese salt to the meat and mash well with a fork. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Put the marinated meat in a pot and add 2 glass of water and cook it on a low flame. When the water is dry, take it out.  Heat oil in a frying pan and add the meat and fry it on a low flame.  When light pink, remove and serve hot.
