Chicken Nuggets

Homemade chicken nuggets.          

 


Chicken Nuggets Recipe   ingredients:

- 1 pound (450 g) chicken breast (boneless, skinless)

- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk

- Vegetable oil (for frying)



 Instructions:

1. Prepare Chicken:

   - Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.


2. Set Up Breading Station:

   - In one bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

   - In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

   - In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.


3. Bread the Chicken:

   - Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

   - Dip into the egg mixture.

   - Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.


4. Cook Nuggets:

   - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

   - Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

   - Drain on paper towels.



5. Serve:

   - Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
