"Homemade pari pari chicken"
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken pieces (legs, thighs, wings, breasts, or a combination)
- 1/2 cup pari pari sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute.
3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
